What is the cost for property management?
The cost for long term rental property management services is 10% of the monthly rental check.
Do you place tenants and how do you screen them?
We can absolutely find and place tenants for your LTR. Tenant screening would consist of background checks, credit checks, income verification, rental history, and reference checks to ensure reliability.
How do I get paid?
Rents are collected by Starr Property Management and deposited directly into your account monthly, along with a monthly financial statement detailing any expenses.
How is maintenance handled?
We coordinate with trusted vendors for prompt service. Owners can set repair limits, and we’ll always keep you in the loop if the cost of the maintenance will exceed the agreed upon limit.
Can I use my own vendors?
Yes, if you have preferred vendors, we’re happy to coordinate with them.
Do you handle evictions?
Yes. If necessary, we manage the entire legal process, including court filings and communication with the tenant.
What if I want to sell my property later?
We can assist with the process and connect you with a trusted local real estate professional.
